{"id":3150,"date":"2026-09-25T13:49:58","date_gmt":"2026-09-25T13:49:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mjusticia.sde.gob.ar\/?p=3150"},"modified":"2026-09-25T13:50:08","modified_gmt":"2026-09-25T13:50:08","slug":"santiago-del-estero-avanza-en-la-modernizacion-tecnologica-y-digital-de-su-sistema-de-justicia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mjusticia.sde.gob.ar\/index.php\/2026\/09\/25\/santiago-del-estero-avanza-en-la-modernizacion-tecnologica-y-digital-de-su-sistema-de-justicia\/","title":{"rendered":"Santiago del Estero avanza en la modernizaci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica y digital de su sistema de Justicia"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Gobierno de Santiago del Estero, el Poder Judicial y el Consejo Federal de Inversiones (CFI) firmaron el <strong>Convenio de Modernizaci\u00f3n Tecnol\u00f3gica e Infraestructura Digital del Sistema de Justicia de Santiago del Estero<\/strong>, un acuerdo destinado a fortalecer las capacidades tecnol\u00f3gicas del sistema judicial y avanzar hacia servicios m\u00e1s \u00e1giles, seguros y accesibles para la ciudadan\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La firma estuvo encabezada por el gobernador El\u00edas Su\u00e1rez junto al presidente del Superior Tribunal de Justicia, Dr. Federico L\u00f3pez Alzogaray, y el secretario general del Consejo Federal de Inversiones, Lic. Ignacio Lamothe. La ministra de Justicia y Derechos Humanos, Dra. Matilde O\u2019Mill, acompa\u00f1\u00f3 la suscripci\u00f3n del acuerdo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El convenio marca el inicio de una nueva etapa orientada a profundizar la modernizaci\u00f3n del sistema judicial mediante el fortalecimiento de su infraestructura digital y la incorporaci\u00f3n de herramientas tecnol\u00f3gicas que contribuyan a optimizar los procesos y mejorar los tiempos de respuesta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante el acto, la ministra Matilde O\u2019Mill destac\u00f3 especialmente la dimensi\u00f3n humana de esta transformaci\u00f3n y se\u00f1al\u00f3 que detr\u00e1s de cada expediente existen personas, familias y situaciones que requieren respuestas oportunas. En ese sentido, plante\u00f3 que la modernizaci\u00f3n no constituye \u00fanicamente un proceso tecnol\u00f3gico, sino una herramienta para mejorar la capacidad de respuesta de las instituciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La digitalizaci\u00f3n de los procesos permitir\u00e1 avanzar hacia una mayor trazabilidad, transparencia y seguridad de la informaci\u00f3n, brindando al mismo tiempo mejores herramientas para jueces, funcionarios, empleados y dem\u00e1s operadores del sistema de Justicia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Otro de los aspectos abordados fue el potencial de la <strong>inteligencia artificial como herramienta de apoyo<\/strong>. Al respecto, O\u2019Mill remarc\u00f3 la importancia de que su incorporaci\u00f3n mantenga la revisi\u00f3n y responsabilidad humana, preservando la capacidad de analizar las particularidades de cada situaci\u00f3n y comprender las realidades de quienes recurren al sistema judicial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201cEl tiempo que la tecnolog\u00eda nos puede devolver es un tiempo que tenemos que ganar para escuchar m\u00e1s y poder analizar mejor\u201d<\/strong>, expres\u00f3 la ministra, sintetizando uno de los objetivos centrales del proceso de transformaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La articulaci\u00f3n entre el Gobierno provincial, el Poder Judicial y el CFI permitir\u00e1 continuar desarrollando capacidades e infraestructura para acompa\u00f1ar los desaf\u00edos actuales y futuros del sistema de Justicia, poniendo la innovaci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica al servicio de las instituciones y de la ciudadan\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La firma del convenio constituye as\u00ed un nuevo avance hacia una <strong>Justicia m\u00e1s eficiente, accesible y cercana<\/strong>, donde la modernizaci\u00f3n y la tecnolog\u00eda permitan simplificar procesos, fortalecer la seguridad de la
